SAFETY POLICY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Shooting steel targets is inherently dangerous. Wyatt Targets products are made from AR500 steel (1/2" standard line; 3/4" Big Bore Series) and are rated for standard lead-core ammunition at safe minimum distances: approximately 10 yards for handguns and 100 yards for rifles. Big Bore Series targets require greater minimum distances than standard rifle targets. Never use steel-core, armor-piercing, incendiary, bi-metal, or green-tip ammunition on any steel target.

Always wear ANSI-rated eye protection, and ensure everyone nearby does the same. Angle targets slightly downward so spatter deflects toward the ground. Inspect steel before every session and retire any plate with craters, pitting, or deep gouges.

By purchasing from Wyatt Targets, LLC, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Wyatt Targets, LLC, its owners, and its suppliers are not liable for injury, death, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of its products. Use at your own risk.
